2. Services Description

Commerce Zoom LLC provides the following services:

• Technology consulting and support

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to the following terms:

• Project scope and deliverables will be defined in a separate project agreement
• Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change
• Client cooperation and timely feedback are required for project completion

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.Commerce Zoom LLC retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during the project for future work.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Commerce Zoom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
